An intimate New Moon Circle + Sound Bath with Natalie! Manifest with the power of the New Moon while bathing in serene sound waves.
Event Details:
Join us at Grounded Heart Studio for an immersive evening of relaxation, community and intention setting. We will open in circle with a grounding breathwork exercise, community altar creation, followed by oracle cards, brief astrology + moon overview. Sip on some tea, stretch your body and plant seeds of intention for the next lunar cycle.
Then, we will relax on our mats as Natalie leads a guided meditation weaving in the power of the New Moon in Leo, while playing crystal singing bowls and chimes. Drift away into an altered state of consciousness as the healing frequencies melt away your tension. Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are provided.
What to Bring:
**Please bring a water bottle & journal if you like to take notes. Comfy, loose fitting clothes & layers are recommended. Slippers or socks are preferred (shoe free studio). Eye masks or small towel for eyes are optional. Also a small, special item to add to our altar. ex: photo, crystal, jewelry, item from a loved one, etc.

Sound Baths are a beautiful way to enjoy communal energy, while also having your own unique experience. We are located on the Laura Baker campus in Millis Hall (red doors).
Doors open at 4:45pm! Please arrive early to settle in. To maximize your experience, we will start right at 5:00pm. We have extended the length of this event (yet again) to be a 2 hour session! This allows for enough time to connect and share in our circle, before the sound bath begins! New ticket price reflects extended studio time, tea and event upgrades. Moon Circle + 60 min Sound Bath value= $60. My price is $40 ($20 savings!).
Limited parking available on campus. Plenty of street parking on Oak St.
