Frequencies of Healing: A Grief Support Sound Bath

Join us for a transformative sound bath designed to support those navigating recent loss, healing from dissolved relationships, unfulfilled dreams, carrying past grief, or grieving current and global events.

Sound Bath for Grief:

A heart centered, inclusive + safe environment to show up as your whole self and feel supported. Sound Baths are a beautiful way to enjoy communal energy, while also having your own unique experience. This will be a small group event with a capacity of 10 participants. Natalie will use carefully curated frequencies to open the heart chakra, allowing for healing, love, and forgiveness to flow freely.

Event Details:

Let grief be your teacher as it guides you inward for this event. You will be surrounded by soothing sounds from powerful instruments, each chosen to resonate with the heart and promote deep emotional release. Natalie will lead a soft spoken meditation focusing on grief while playing the frosted quartz singing bowls, gongs and chimes. Allow your mind to quiet and your body to become at ease in this safe and supported environment. This gentle auditory experience will guide you to connect with your feelings, honor your memories, and embrace the healing vibrations that surround us.

Throughout the sound bath, you will be encouraged to breathe deeply, reflect, and let go of any emotional blocks or heaviness. Whether you are experiencing recent loss or carrying grief from the past, this sound bath offers a supportive community and a nurturing atmosphere to foster healing and renewal. Call upon your angels, guides, loved ones, ancestors or Highest Self to receive loving messages, or simply call in self-love and inner peace. Together, we can honor our grief and open our hearts to let in love, forgiveness and hope.

Benefits of Sound Healing:

Sound baths can have a variety of benefits including: improved sleep, decreased anxiety and fatigue, balanced nervous system, lowered blood pressure, increased focus, releasing blocked emotions and deep relaxation. Individual results may vary.
