Fall Equinox Sound Bath with Gongs

A time of deep transformation

Happy Fall Equinox!

This day marks the beginning of Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere where we will have equal parts daylight and darkness. The transition from summer into autumn is upon us as we prepare for harvest season. We are also kicking off Libra season, with an emphasis on balance and harmony in our daily routine, relationships and work-life flow.

This event will debut my brand new 30’’ Chau gong!

Event Details:

Whether you are experiencing burn out, stress, overwhelm, grief or simply need to hit the reset button… this Fall Equinox sound bath has got you covered! Join us at Grounded Heart Studio for an exclusive evening of breathwork, meditation and relaxation. Leave your troubles at the door as we meet on the mat and breathe together. Rest your head on a bolster, snuggle up with a blanket and get cozy for a deeply restorative sound journey.

Natalie will lead a soft spoken meditation while playing the frosted quartz singing bowls, gongs and chimes; weaving in this potent Fall Equinox energy. Allow your mind to quiet and your body to become at ease in this safe and supported environment. Call upon your angels, guides, ancestors or Highest Self to connect and receive loving messages, or simply call in balance and harmony. Drift away into an altered state of consciousness as the healing frequencies melt away your tension. Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are provided.
